Janusz Bugajski is a senior fellow at the Jamestown Foundation (Washington, USA), one of the leading and regular speakers of the Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum (FNPRF). He is the author of numerous books, including Failed State: A Guide to Russia’s Rupture and the anthologies Free Nations and New States: The End Stage of Russian Colonialism.
