On 8 February 2025, Rafis Kashapov, the Prime Minister of the Government of Independent Tatarstan in Exile, and Aida Abdrakhmanova, a member of the Government of Independent Tatarstan in Exile, took part in the XII Bandera Readings in Kyiv. The theme of the Bandera Readings was “Freedom for nations! Freedom for the Individual!”—the history and prospects of the liberation struggle of the nations enslaved by Russia.
